Description
The City of Huntington is soliciting proposals for a Guaranteed Savings Contract focused on solar power generation, optimized for site consumption. This initiative aims to leverage solar energy to reduce costs and improve efficiency. Proposals must adhere to Indiana Code 36-1-12.5 and the guidelines outlined in the Request For Qualifications (RFQ). The selected provider will be required to conform to local common wage rates for the project. The City reserves the right to terminate the project before bids are received, reject any or all proposals, and is the sole judge of the proposals' value and merit.
