Description
The Bloomington Housing Authority (BHA) is issuing a Request for Proposals (RFP) for an Asset Management Company. The selected company will be responsible for managing several apartment complexes and overseeing their rehabilitation. The estimated start date for the project is July 2026. Proposals are due by 2:00 p.m. local time on July 10, 2026. The project documents, which will detail proposal requirements, scoring criteria, and compliance regulations (including Section 3 Act, BABA, and drug-free workplace certifications), will be available starting June 24, 2026. BHA encourages bids from Disadvantaged, W/MBE, Veteran Owned, and Section 3 businesses and offers equal contracting opportunities to all protected classes.
