Cuyahoga County, on behalf of the Cuyahoga County Court of Common Pleas, seeks a certified organization to provide comprehensive, structured, evidence-based assessments and intensive sex offender-specific treatment for adults on community control supervision who are ordered to participate in the Sex Offenders Program. Services should respond to participants’ risk levels, mental health status, and supervision requirements, and address criminogenic needs, accountability, and reduction of sexual recidivism risk. The County seeks a provider with clinical expertise in sex offender-specific treatment and experience in criminal justice settings. The program is supported by Community Corrections Act funding administered by the Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Corrections, Bureau of Community Sanctions. The contract is described as running from January 1, 2027, through June 30, 2028, with a two-year extension option; the plan document also gives dates for that option.
