Description
The Sewer District seeks a suite of qualified coaches to provide tailored coaching as needs arise across the organization. Potential areas include assessments, leadership and management development, developing others, strategic thinking, employee engagement, emotional intelligence, change management, team building, stress management, and conflict resolution. Each engagement must include six months of biweekly sessions, an assessment, between-session assignments, expectation-setting and midpoint and endpoint check-ins with the coachee's manager, progress debrief reports, and an integration and transition plan. Proposals must describe the coaching approach and methodology, deliverables and sample materials, itemized pricing, three current or past client references, team staffing and resumes, examples of prior proposals and summary reports, company information, a cancellation policy, and a signed ethics statement and acknowledgment. A signed letter of transmittal is also mandatory. The contract is approximately three years, expiring earlier if funds are exhausted, with a stated budget of $300,000. The District may award multiple contracts and may interview and approve proposed coaches.
