Description
Cuyahoga County seeks a contractor for roof and water-intrusion improvements at the Justice Center complex, in accordance with the bid documents, drawings, and specifications prepared by K2M Design. The estimated project cost is $1,597,322. Bidders must visit the project site; attendance at the pre-bid conference is strongly recommended. A bid guaranty is required: either a bid bond for 100% of the bid or a certified check, cashier’s check, or irrevocable letter of credit for 10% of the bid. A bid bond must be issued by an approved surety authorized to do business in Ohio and automatically increase to a 100% performance and payment bond if submitted as the guaranty.
