Description
The City seeks approximately 26 new commercial-grade, ADA-compliant pool lifts for municipal aquatic facilities. Each lift must include the components and accessories needed for operation and meet the stated accessibility, capacity, durability, control, battery, and safety requirements. Equivalent products may be proposed if they meet or exceed the specifications. The proposal must describe the offered equipment and any installation services, including product specifications, ADA compliance, project approach, pricing, schedule, and warranty. If installation is included in the final scope, the contractor will provide site assessment, delivery, installation, testing and commissioning, staff training, and closeout documentation. Proposals must also include company qualifications, at least three comparable project references completed within the past three years, product documentation, and licensing and insurance documentation.
