Description
The City is soliciting rental of specified quantities and sizes of AC dust mops, scraper mats, and standard blue mats. The mats must meet the stated construction and durability requirements, including slip-resistant rubber backing, suitability for heavy-traffic areas, and soil and stain resistance; substitutions in the specified sizes are not allowed. The vendor must deliver the items every other week to the designated delivery site, for a maximum of 26 deliveries. Unit prices must include delivery, pickup, cleaning, and placement. The purchase order is capped at $3,080 and remains valid for one year or until funds are exhausted, whichever occurs first.
