Description
Kane County seeks qualified providers to deliver inpatient residential treatment services for adults referred by its Drug Rehabilitation Court. The scope includes comprehensive substance use disorder assessment; individual, group, and family counseling; urine screening; case management; and medication management. Providers must describe their treatment approach, staffing and qualifications, capacity, referral and admission processes, discharge planning, quality assurance, records and reporting practices, and proposed budget and rates. The proposal should also address coordination with the court, drug testing, culturally competent and evidence-based care, co-occurring conditions, and billing other funding sources before using Adult Redeploy Illinois funds.
