Description
The contractor will provide community-based outpatient substance use disorder and mental health services to male and female adults in custody residing at a residential re-entry center or on home confinement. Services include intake screening and assessments, individual and group counseling, relationship and parenting counseling, treatment planning and follow-up, psychiatric evaluations, crisis intervention assessments and reports, and medication monitoring. Crisis intervention reports must be provided within 24 hours of a request. Services must follow the Bureau of Prisons' 2022 Community Treatment Services Statement of Work and use cognitive behavioral therapy or compatible evidence-based methods. The contract is an indefinite-delivery arrangement with a one-year base period, four one-year option periods, and a potential six-month extension. The contractor must propose qualified, appropriately licensed clinical personnel and performance sites meeting the stated accessibility, privacy, and safety requirements. The quotation must include completed solicitation forms and information packets, pricing, SAM registration proof, professional liability insurance, and supporting technical documentation.
