Description
Flex High School Cleveland is requesting proposals for Category 1 data transmission and Internet access services consisting of 1 Gbps fiber Internet circuits at two locations: 5222 Wilson Mills Road, Richmond Heights, Ohio, and 3104 W. 25th Street, Fourth Floor, Cleveland, Ohio. Installation and initial configuration are included in the service request. Each circuit must include a /29 block of static public IPv4 addresses, with five usable, externally facing addresses reachable from the Internet without routing through a firewall or NAT. Bidders must provide pricing for 12-, 24-, and 36-month terms, with options for two single-year voluntary renewals; month-to-month proposals will also be considered. Proposals must identify recurring, one-time installation or construction, taxes, surcharges, usage fees, and any ineligible services, and must address service availability, construction lead time, bandwidth increases, compatibility, relevant experience, and E-Rate compliance.
