Description
The County seeks providers to operate Biopsychosocial Rehabilitation (BPSR) Wellness Recovery Centers for adults age 18 and older with serious mental illness, including people with co-occurring substance use conditions. Services include integrated mental health treatment and rehabilitation, walk-in screening and crisis intervention, mobile outreach and care coordination, recovery and skill-building activities, and referrals to community resources. Providers must offer culturally responsive services, serve transition-age youth and older adults as applicable, and meet urgent-response, staffing, licensing, reporting, and other Medi-Cal program requirements. The County anticipates awarding up to four contracts, one for each service-area lot. Proposals must include program and implementation plans, organizational experience and staffing information, references, financial documentation, a cost/price exhibit, and responses concerning contract terms and insurance. The initial contract period is one year with four one-year options.
