Description
The City seeks a qualified surveying consultant to prepare interior and exterior electronic as-built surveys for City Hall, a fire station, and a maintenance yard building. The work includes high-definition 3D laser scanning, registered point-cloud files, 2D architectural floor plans, reflected ceiling plans, exterior elevations, and presentation-ready PDF drawings. Survey data must be tied to local benchmarks and the North American Vertical Datum; deliverables are to be organized into separate packages for each building. The scope also includes kickoff and deliverable-review meetings. Interior survey work at City Hall and the maintenance building must occur on a Saturday and/or Sunday, and work at the fire station must not interfere with operations and requires advance approval by the Fire Chief. The proposal must include a signed cover letter, firm and personnel experience, project understanding, schedule, relevant project experience, three public-entity references, a fee proposal broken down by facility and optional deliverables, and disclosure of relevant relationships with City officials, employees, or their family members. The attached Vendor Information Form and Non-Collusion Affidavit are also required. The Professional Services Agreement and evidence of insurance are required from the successful proposer after award, not with the proposal.
