Description
The Ministry of Transportation and Transit is procuring up to 10 contracts for as-and-when legal survey services in British Columbia's Northern Region. Required capabilities include both British Columbia Land Survey and Canada Land Survey services to support highway construction and improvement, property and property-rights acquisition, tenure negotiations with First Nations, highway dedication, and historical research within or adjacent to reserve lands. The initial contract term is two years with an optional one-year extension. Work will be assigned on an as-and-when-required, on-call basis, with no minimum guarantee of work. The stated contract value is $500,000, and the procurement is limited to the Peace, Fort George, Bulkley Stikine, and Skeena districts.
