Description
Riverside Transit Agency seeks a turnkey contractor to manage and operate its ADA/Dial-A-Ride paratransit, microtransit, and related call center services. The agency will provide the revenue vehicles and scheduling software; the contractor will provide management and operating staff, reservations and dispatch, facilities, vehicle maintenance, fuel, insurance, fare collection and reconciliation, reporting, hardware, telecommunications, and other operational support. The contractor must also provide service start-up and training, maintain service and safety standards, and coordinate any approved subcontracted or alternative transportation services. The anticipated term is three years, with two one-year options, and service is scheduled to begin July 1, 2027. Proposals must include a technical proposal, completed pricing forms, required certifications and disclosures, financial documentation, and a landlord commitment letter for a proposed operating facility. A performance bond equal to 10% of each contract-year amount is required.
