Description
Riverside County seeks quotations from Proofpoint-authorized partners or resellers for a Secure Email Relay subscription. The requested base subscription provides up to 2 GB per hour and 250 GB of annual throughput, with an additional 250 GB capacity option. The County also requests pricing for 250 GB, 500 GB, and 1,000 GB annual capacity tiers, along with pricing and details for per-GB, incremental, or tier-based overage options. Automatic overage billing is prohibited; additional capacity requires prior written County authorization and a County-issued purchase order. The initial subscription term is December 15, 2026, through December 14, 2027, with one optional annual renewal. Vendors must complete Exhibits A and B, provide a formal quote on company letterhead, and submit a letter from Proofpoint confirming authorized partner/reseller status. The requested software licenses are to be delivered electronically.
