Description
Inland Empire Health Plan is seeking information from vendors capable of independently providing 24/7/365 on-demand clinical triage and virtual urgent care services to approximately 1.4 million members. Services must be delivered through California board-certified physicians and include timely telehealth evaluation and management, with medication prescribing when clinically appropriate. The RFI requests detailed information about clinical staffing, licensure, credentialing, triage protocols, prescribing capabilities, telehealth modalities, accessibility, subcontracting, cybersecurity, eligibility verification, clinical-data exchange, reporting, service levels, dashboards, grievances, digital tools, integrations, failover procedures, member experience, organizational experience, and fee models. Responses are for non-binding market research and future RFP planning; no scoring or ranking will occur at this stage.
