Description
The Indian Health Service is seeking capability statements from qualified sources able to provide up to two licensed and board-certified or board-eligible OB/GYN physician FTEs for the Pine Ridge Service Unit. Services include comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care, labor and delivery, routine and high-risk pregnancy management, cesarean and vaginal deliveries, gynecologic surgery, postpartum care, emergency and on-call coverage, women's health services, consultations, documentation, and continuity of care across the service unit's hospital, clinics, justice centers, and mobile medical unit. The anticipated requirement is a firm-fixed-price, non-personal services contract with a 10-week base period and up to twenty-five 10-week option periods. Providers must satisfy licensing, board certification or eligibility, credentialing, privileging, background investigation, PIV, employee health, insurance, and facility requirements. Respondents must submit a capability statement addressing organizational capability, relevant experience, staffing and recruitment capacity, technical approach, business information, IEE/ISBEE status, contract vehicles, and acquisition or pricing recommendations; formal quotations are not requested.
