Description
Washington County Health and Human Services, Behavioral Health Division, Addictions Program, seeks a qualified provider to deliver community-based support groups for residents with co-occurring substance use and mental health disorders. The provider must serve at least 1,000 participants per fiscal year; organize, promote, and conduct at least five support groups per week; conduct groups and training through individuals with lived experience; and provide evidence-based or promising-practice services across major population centers and rural areas of Washington County. The scope also includes developing participant support policies and procedures, quality assurance and improvement processes, regular communication and contract check-ins, participation in audits and compliance reviews, monthly reporting, invoicing, and compliance with 42 CFR Part 2. Respondents must confirm their ability to perform the scope and meet stated qualifications, including applicable certifications and at least two years of relevant experience with Washington County residents and evidence-based co-occurring groups. The initial contract terms are annual, with an option to renew for five years, subject to funding availability; compensation will be negotiated based on services, utilization, capacity, and budget.
