Description
Mohave County, on behalf of the Sheriff Department, is seeking multiple providers to deliver behavioral healthcare services for incarcerated individuals at the Adult Detention Center. Required services include behavioral health screening; assessments and treatment planning; ASAM screening; behavioral health counseling; case management; skills training; and peer support services. Services will be coordinated with Reach Out Coordinators, and providers may serve both newly enrolled and currently enrolled clients. Providers must be licensed by the Arizona State Department of Health to operate an outpatient behavioral healthcare program. The County will reimburse services only at current AHCCCS Behavioral Health Outpatient Fee-for-Service rates, and contract award does not guarantee a volume of referrals because incarcerated individuals may choose their treatment provider. Proposals must address qualifications and experience, proposed staff and training, references, service-delivery approach, screening and triage, treatment planning, levels of care, and prior similar services.
