Description
Washington County Health and Human Services—Behavioral Health: The Addictions Program seeks qualified childcare providers to serve dependent children age 17 and younger while their parents participate in residential, outpatient, or intensive outpatient substance use disorder or problem gambling treatment. Services will be provided at provider facilities and are intended to reduce childcare barriers to treatment participation. Providers must operate childcare programs in Washington County, maintain the required Oregon licenses and childcare-program compliance, provide evidence-based or promising-practice services, and ensure staff have required pediatric first aid, CPR, mandated-reporter, and applicable food-handler training. Providers must also maintain specified insurance coverage and participate in quality assurance, compliance reviews, meetings, invoicing, and quarterly reporting. The Letter of Interest response requires confirmations of scope, responsibilities, qualifications, licensing, location, insurance, tax compliance, business registration, and related questionnaire items. Awards are planned for five years with annual renewal options, subject to funding availability; a subsequent RFP may be issued if necessary.
