Description
The Bureau of Justice Assistance is soliciting applications for the FY 2026 Adult Treatment Court Program. Grants will support the implementation and enhancement of Adult Treatment Court operations serving high-risk and high-need adults in the criminal justice system, with the goals of preventing overdoses and reducing the use of opioids, stimulants, and other substances. Supported court operations may include judicial supervision, substance use disorder treatment, mandatory and random drug testing, case management, sanctions and incentives, and recovery support services. Eligible applicants include county governments, city or township governments, federally recognized Native American tribal governments, state governments, and other eligible governmental entities. Cost sharing is required. The award ceiling is $2,500,000, and no application documents are currently available in the provided materials.
