Description
Tigard-Tualatin School District No. 23J is seeking proposals from testing and special inspection agencies to support capital projects associated with its 2025 Bond Program. The district requires firms with current, relevant experience performing this work for public K-12 school projects. Proposals must be submitted by email in PDF format, with the email subject line “RFP Proposal - Testing and Special Inspections.” The submission email must be under 15 MB. No pre-proposal meeting will be held.
