Description
Clackamas County is soliciting sealed bids for the Bear Creek Culvert and Molalla Avenue Shoulders Project. The work is a public improvement construction project involving culvert, earthwork and drainage, bridge and structures, electrical, and/or building work. Prime contractors must be prequalified by the county or the Oregon Department of Transportation in any combination of at least two applicable work classes: Earthwork and Drainage (EART), Bridges and Structures (REIN), Electrical (ELEC), and Buildings (BLD1). A prequalification application must be submitted to the county at least two business days before bid closing. The engineer’s estimate is $2,542,099.50. Oregon prevailing-wage requirements apply, and contractors and subcontractors must comply with the applicable Oregon Bureau of Labor and Industries requirements. The county encourages bids from Minority, Women, and Emerging Small Businesses.
