Description
Washington County Health and Human Services is seeking one qualified provider to deliver peer-supported substance use disorder services for the Washington County Deflection Program. The scope includes peer case management, deflection planning, referrals and resource coordination, court and arraignment support, documentation and data entry, participant outreach, daily and weekly program meetings, mobile-phone and participant-support distribution, contingency-management incentives, and coordination with public safety and community partners. The provider must supply peer case managers, a Spanish-speaking outreach peer/case manager, and supervisory oversight. Services must be available in English and Spanish throughout Washington County, including community and public-safety settings, with initial outreach within seven calendar days of citation. The solicitation anticipates an initial one-year contract with options to renew for up to a total of five years, subject to funding availability. Proposals require electronic portal responses, yes/no qualification confirmations, narrative responses, an annual line-item and five-year projected budget, and a certificate of insurance; confidential materials and requested contract changes may be uploaded if applicable.
