Description
Riverside County seeks a one-time purchase of one new, unused, current-production Ford F-250 XL pickup truck with a gasoline engine, 4x4 drivetrain, automatic transmission, regular cab, and service bed. The vehicle must meet the detailed specifications in Exhibit A, including California emissions and safety requirements, a 7.3-liter V8 engine, specified weight ratings, trailer-tow equipment, utility service bed, white paint, full fuel tank, exempt plates, registration paperwork, and required manuals and data. Equivalent products may be proposed where permitted, but the specified service-bed model is identified as having no exceptions. The quotation must include the completed cost sheet in its original Excel format, vehicle brochures or specification sheets, completed applicable exhibits, proof of insurance, Secretary of State registration status, and a current business license or exemption statement. Optional local, veteran, and small-business preference affidavits may be submitted when applicable. The vehicle must be delivered FOB destination, with warranty coverage and all associated delivery costs included in the quoted price. The resulting purchase is non-recurring and non-renewable.
