Description
The Southeast Louisiana Flood Protection Authority–West is seeking bids for a one-time purchase of one 2026/2027 model-year dump truck equipped with a 14-cubic-yard dump bed for the Authority’s daily operations. Bids must be sealed and marked with the company name and Bid 318. Electronic bids may be submitted through Central Bidding, and printed bid documents are available from the Authority. Bidders must comply with the applicable provisions of Louisiana Revised Statutes, including La. R.S. 38:2212(B)(5). Bids may not be withdrawn for 45 calendar days after receipt, and the owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids for just cause.
