Description
Butte County Public Works is soliciting bids for two five-yard dump beds mounted on International HV607, Freightliner M2106 cab-and-chassis vehicles, or equivalent vehicles. The requested units must meet detailed specifications covering the diesel engine, automatic transmission, axles, brakes, electrical system, tires, frame, safety equipment, dump body, hydraulic hoist, lighting, accessories, manuals, warranty, and factory-applied white paint. Bidders must complete and sign the IFB cover page, complete Page 2 of Exhibit A, submit the entire exhibit, identify all exceptions or equivalent specifications, and provide a dealer printout showing the vehicle specifications. The bid must state the firm delivery date, pricing, and applicable fees. Vehicles must be delivered with at least one-quarter tank of fuel, service manuals, required registration, and the specified equipment. Delivery is FOB destination, and the County may award individual items, groups of items, or multiple purchase orders.
