Description
The Town of West Springfield, through its Department of Public Works, is soliciting bids from qualified dealers for four 2027 Ford F-550 4WD, dual-rear-wheel, single-cab trucks. Each truck must include the specified engine, GVWR, tires, alternator, lighting, trailer-tow equipment, backup camera, and related factory features, with delivery required by March 31, 2027. The required upfitting includes a 9-foot stainless-steel dump body and hoist, a 9-foot Western Pro Plus snowplow, a 4.0-cubic-yard stainless-steel sand/salt spreader, warning strobes, D-rings, and an aluminum truck toolbox. Bidders must include a Ford build sheet and upfitter quote demonstrating compliance with the specifications. The award will be made to the responsive and responsible bidder offering the lowest total price for all items.
