Description
The City of Fishers is soliciting bids for seven Ford F-350 DRW crew cab flatbed trucks. Each vehicle must have a 14,000-pound GVWR, dual rear wheels, crew cab chassis, Race Red paint, 4-wheel drive, tow package with 7-way RV wiring and integrated brake controller, extendable tow mirrors, snowplow preparation, running boards, heavy-duty steel wheels, all-season tires, and four full sets of keys. The trucks must include a 7.3-liter gasoline engine, automatic overdrive transmission, transmission cooler, 4.30 gear ratio, dual batteries, air conditioning, vinyl interior, power accessories, upfitter switches, and an 8-by-9-foot aluminum flatbed with gooseneck compartment, receiver hitch, stake pockets, compliant LED lighting, warning lights, work lights, backup alarm, and protected wiring. The bidder must state bumper-to-bumper, powertrain, and corrosion warranty periods. Vehicles must be inspected, with defects and recalls corrected before acceptance, and delivered to the City's fleet management department.
