Description
The City of Raleigh, through Raleigh Water's Stormwater Service Unit, is soliciting sealed bids from prequalified bidders for the Camp Pond Dam Reconstruction Project. The work includes removing and sealing portions of the existing primary spillway, demolishing the existing riser, installing cured-in-place pipe for stormwater conveyance, replacing the auxiliary weir with a 75-foot weir, constructing a downstream headwall, placing riprap and grouted riprap along the dam's downstream slope, and placing quarry stone in Richland Creek. The opportunity is limited to prequalified bidders from 274-SM2026-0014. A five-percent bid security is required. Complete bidding documents must be obtained through Duncan Parnell's bid room, and bidders must demonstrate the required North Carolina contractor licensing. An or-equal submittal, when applicable, is due within 10 days of the advertisement issuance in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
