Description
The City of University Heights is soliciting sealed bids for improvements comprising single- and double-track natural-surface trails, trailheads, boardwalks, and rock crossings. Work must commence upon contract approval and issuance of a notice to proceed, and must be completed by June 16, 2027. Bids must include bid security equal to 5 percent of the total bid. Project documents are available through University Heights City Hall, Rapids Reproductions, the DFS Plan Room, and the Shive-Hattery Custom Portal. Iowa statutory preferences apply to products and provisions grown, and coal produced, within Iowa to the extent required by law.
