Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a firm-fixed-price quote for procurement, delivery, removal, replacement, assembly, flushing, and programming associated with one transmission for a 2017 Ford Transit. The line items include transmission removal and assembly; three-piece driveshaft removal and assembly; oil cooler line removal, installation, and flushing; torque converter removal and assembly; transmission assembly programming; transmission oil cooler replacement; hazardous materials; shop supplies; and diagnostic changes. Quotes must include a completed price schedule, technical specifications, cut sheets, or brochures identifying the offered brand, make, and model and demonstrating compliance with the requirements, and a completed Buy American Certificate when required. Award will be made on an all-or-nothing basis using price and technical capability or quality; alternate quotations are not accepted.
