The Federal Highway Administration, Western Federal Lands Highway Division, is soliciting proposals for the MT FLAP SILVER 2021(1), Roosevelt Drive Safety and Realignment Project located approximately 11 miles south of Butte, Montana in Silver Bow County. The project involves grading, mechanically stabilized earth (MSE) walls, drainage improvements, asphalt surfacing, and guardrail installation along a 1.72-mile corridor. Work includes resurfacing, subgrade repairs, replacement of culverts, channel bank stabilization, ditch reconditioning, signage upgrades, and sight distance improvements. The project will be solicited under three bid schedules (A: 0.66 miles, B: 1.17 miles, C: 1.72 miles), with only one schedule to be awarded. The estimated price range is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000. The contract type is firm-fixed-price task order. Only prime contractors on the Idaho, Montana, and Surrounding Areas MATOC are eligible to submit proposals.
