Description
Fort Pierce Utilities Authority is seeking a lump-sum quote for one custom mobile interpretive exhibit cart for the Manatee Center. The scope includes design, furniture-quality wood fabrication, assembly, commercial-quality hardware, heavy-duty casters with stabilization, lockable storage, a fold-out activity surface, a vertical graphic support structure, and delivery fully assembled and ready for public use. The contractor must also design, print, and install one approximately 24-by-72-inch removable vertical banner, both sides of one approximately 16-by-30-inch pivoting interpretive graphic panel, and any additional graphics incorporated into the cart. FPUA will provide content, photographs, logos, branding materials, and interpretive direction, and must approve proofs before production. Pricing must include all design, materials, labor, hardware, printing, freight, and FOB delivery. Required submission items are the completed Informal Quote Vendor Submission Form, IRS Form W-9, and the signed and notarized Section 287.138(4)(a), Section 787.06(13), Florida Statutes, and Non-Collusion Affidavit.
