Description
The Office of the Surgeon General, within the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, is seeking Public Health Reports publishing, editorial, dissemination, and 150th-anniversary support. The anticipated scope includes open-access publishing support; an exhibit at the U.S. Public Health Service Scientific and Training Symposium; a supplemental issue highlighting U.S. Public Health Service officers; 150th-anniversary editorial and executive leadership content; expanded editorial and peer-review management; creative and graphic services; and expanded publishing capabilities. The agency intends to negotiate on a sole-source basis under FAR 13.501 with the Association of the Schools and Programs of Public Health. Other responsible sources may submit a sufficiently detailed capability statement for consideration in determining whether a competitive procurement should be conducted; responses will not constitute responses to a future solicitation.
