The Department of Homeland Security Science and Technology Directorate is seeking capability information from small businesses for a potential task order under the GSA OASIS+ Marketing and Public Relations domain. The anticipated requirement encompasses digital design; 2D/3D modeling and animation; video production; photography; graphic design; webcasting and webinar support; website, SharePoint, and social media management; media relations; outreach and event support; technical writing and editing; analytics; document management; and Section 508 evaluation, remediation, and certification. The work supports communications about scientific, engineering, research, development, test, and evaluation programs and requires coordination with program managers, subject-matter experts, federal communications teams, and public-affairs offices. This is an RFI/sources-sought notice for market research only, not a request for proposals or quotations. Responses must address project-management experience, scientific and technical communications experience, staffing and operational capacity, and strategies for mitigating capability gaps. The response is limited to five pages excluding the cover page, must use 11-point Times New Roman, and must include a cover letter with company, socioeconomic, UEI, point-of-contact, GSA contract, and OASIS+ domain information. Only unclassified electronic submissions are accepted, and all submitted materials must be sent by the stated deadline using the required subject-line wording.
