Description
Anaconda Public Schools (Anaconda School District 10) is soliciting bids for the procurement and installation of network equipment under E-Rate Category 2. The required equipment includes approximately 15 Ruckus 48-port POE switches (or equivalent) with licenses, approximately 55 wireless access points (WAPs) compatible with the existing Ruckus network, and approximately 12 UPS/battery backup units. The contractor must provide all necessary components such as antennas, connectors, fiber modules, and licensing for fully functioning equipment. Installation services are requested, including mounting, cabling, and configuration. Bids should include incremental pricing options for 1, 3, and 5-year licensing. The district prefers flexible invoicing and adherence to E-Rate rules.
