Description
Fort Pierce Utilities Authority is seeking a qualified, licensed, and insured vendor to design, fabricate, print, assemble, and deliver one custom mobile interpretive exhibit cart for the Manatee Center. The completed cart must be ready for public use and include furniture-quality wood construction, heavy-duty stabilizing casters, lockable storage, a fold-out work surface, a vertical graphics support structure, durable commercial-quality hardware and finish, one approximately 24-by-72-inch removable vertical banner, and one two-sided pivoting approximately 16-by-30-inch interpretive graphic panel. The contractor must collaborate with FPUA on graphic layout, provide proofs for approval, print and install the approved graphics, and deliver the fully assembled cart. Pricing must be a lump sum covering design, fabrication, graphic design, printing, materials, labor, hardware, freight, and FOB delivery. Required submission materials include the completed Informal Quote Vendor Submission Form, IRS Form W-9, and the signed and notarized Section 287.138(4)(a), Section 787.06(13), Florida Statutes, and Non-Collusion Affidavit.
