Description
The City of Iowa City is seeking qualified firms to design and produce accessible interactive and printable activity brochures for its Parks and Recreation Department. The vendor will receive program content in Excel, general information and calendar content in Word, and photographs through a shared OneDrive folder. Deliverables include a final accessible PDF, editable native files, and printer-ready materials incorporating City-provided content, photographs, branding, logos, and feedback through final approval. The City will upload the final PDF to its website, and videos will not be included. The City typically prints approximately 400–450 brochures per season; any recommended design or template work and its separate cost should be identified in the vendor notes. Quotations must be submitted online through Ion Wave; faxed, emailed, and hard-copy quotations will not be accepted. The solicitation requires pricing and response information, three digital samples of similar publications, supplier certification, and three references. The opportunity has an approximately three-year initial term with two additional one-year renewal options.
