The State of Montana, Department of Administration, is requesting qualifications from architectural and engineering firms for the renovation of the 1300 11th Avenue building in Helena, Montana. The project includes replacing the outdated HVAC system with a modern zoned system, replacing the roof down to the structural deck with new insulation, replacing exterior doors and windows with high-performance units, interior improvements including wall reconfiguration and accessible restroom upgrades, and regrading and paving the parking lot for proper drainage and accessible routes. The construction cost is estimated at $3,320,000, with a total project budget of $4,150,000. The project will be delivered as design-bid-build. Interested firms must submit their Statement of Qualification (Form 115) through the State's eMACS system by September 15, 2026.
