Description
Wake County Public School System is seeking a quote for one True Manufacturing TMC-49-S-DS-SS-HC dual-sided milk cooler, or an equivalent model that meets or exceeds the stated requirements. The unit must have a stainless-steel exterior and interior, four self-service doors, three floor racks, 115/60/1 electrical service, capacity for 12 milk crates, and refrigeration maintaining 33°F to 38°F. Substitutes must be clearly identified and supported with specifications, drawings, and other descriptive information for evaluation. The quoted price must include shipping, delivery, uncrating, installation of the cooler and stand, setup, and removal of packaging materials and trash. The vendor must state that the product can be delivered within 10 business days after receipt of the purchase order, or provide an alternative delivery date. Quotes must be submitted on the provided form and include all requested product documentation; broker or third-party distributor use must be disclosed.
