Description
Durham County is soliciting bids for improvements to emergency egress doors and associated hardware at its Administration I Building. The work includes the required apparatus, supplies, materials, equipment, and construction services described in the project manual and bid documents. Bidders must hold an appropriate North Carolina general contracting license and place the license number on the outside of the bid envelope. A 5% bid security is required for bids equal to or exceeding $500,000. The pre-bid conference and sole site-visit opportunity are scheduled for September 8, 2026; attendance is encouraged but not mandatory.
