Description
The Alabama Department of Agriculture and Industries is seeking an annual agreement for maintenance and as-needed repairs to an Amerikooler QC80872 walk-in cooler at the Hinton-Mitchem Poultry Regional Diagnostic Laboratory. Work may include door gaskets, fans, motors, condensers, and other cooler components. Pricing must be provided for labor, travel/service calls including mileage, manlift rental, repair parts with markup, and shipping. The supplier must be certified to work on Larkin laboratory walk-in coolers and must provide authorization documentation if requested. The awarded supplier may not subcontract the maintenance or repairs. Alternate items require complete model or part numbers and descriptive or technical literature.
