Description
Anaheim Union High School District is soliciting kitchen equipment and related items for use throughout the district. The specified equipment includes reach-in and roll-in refrigerators and freezers, milk coolers, ice machines and bins, convection ovens, hot and cook-and-hold cabinets, ranges, griddles, cold and hot units, cashier stands, merchandising racks, utility carts, Cambro holding units and dollies, and stainless-steel work tables. The solicitation permits equal or better substitutions when properly documented and approved. The contract covers a one-year initial term with options for two additional one-year renewals. The supplier must provide delivery to district warehouse and school sites, respond to purchase orders, support reorders, provide required order and delivery documentation, and furnish installation, removal, or other hourly services where applicable. Bidders must submit pricing for each listed item and catalog discounts or other rates as requested, along with the required bidder information, references, bid forms, fingerprint certification, non-collusion declaration, lobbying certification, and bid-table response.
