Description
The South Carolina Department of Disabilities and Special Needs is soliciting a quote for repairs to the Coastal Center main kitchen walk-in cooler. The work includes supplying and installing one new condenser and two evaporators; removing the existing condenser and evaporators; placing the new condenser by crane; cleaning and flushing line sets; recharging the system; pressure-testing and checking for leaks; connecting evaporator drains and electrical service; and installing new disconnects. The quote must include all materials, refrigerant, labor, environmental fees, and crane rental. The stated construction cost range is $17,000 to $22,000.
