Description
The University of North Dakota is requesting bids for three commercial appliances: one Scotsman MC0330MAX-1A Prodigy Elite air-cooled ice machine with storage bin, one aluminum commercial rolling tray rack, and one True STA1RRI-1S stainless-steel solid-door roll-in refrigerator. The equipment must meet the specifications in the appliance outline, including specified dimensions, capacities, electrical requirements, certifications, and installation configurations. Equipment must be new, current-production equipment compliant with applicable standards and listed and labeled by a nationally recognized testing laboratory or certified by field evaluation and labeled by such a laboratory. The awarded contractor must provide, deliver, install, and start up the appliances. Delivery and installation are scheduled for January 19, 2027, at the Aerospace Flight Operations facility. The award may be split by item and will be made to the lowest-priced responsive and responsible bidder. Bidders must submit an electronic bid form, quote, and signed bidder information and signature page through the designated sourcing portal.
