The Alabama Department of Agriculture and Industries is seeking an annual agreement for as-needed maintenance and repairs to a Larkin MMT6 walk-in cooler at the Mitchem Sparks Regional Diagnostic Laboratory. Work may include door gaskets, fans, motors, condensers, and related refrigeration components. Pricing must be provided for labor by the hour, travel/service calls, manlift rental by the hour, repair parts with markup, and shipping. The supplier must be certified to work on Larkin laboratory walk-in coolers and may be required to provide authorization documentation. The awarded supplier may not subcontract the maintenance or repairs. Suppliers offering alternatives must provide complete model or part numbers and descriptive or technical literature with their quote.
