Description
The Alabama Department of Agriculture and Industries seeks an annual agreement for maintenance and as-needed repairs to a Nortake laboratory walk-in cooler, model KODF77812, at the J. B. Taylor Regional Veterinary Diagnostic Laboratory. Work may include door gaskets, fans, motors, condensers, and related refrigeration components. Pricing must include hourly labor, travel/service calls, manlift rental, repair parts with markup, and shipping. The service period is October 1, 2026, through September 30, 2027. The supplier must be certified to work on Nortake laboratory walk-in coolers, provide model/part numbers and descriptive or technical literature for alternate items, and perform the maintenance and repairs without subcontracting.
