Description
Fayette County is seeking a qualified contractor to replace the fencing, dugout roofs, and backstop at Kiwanis Park Field #7. The work includes installation of 8- and 10-foot field fencing, gates, a 30-foot backstop with a 6-foot overhang, and new fencing and black metal roofs for both dugouts. The scope also includes removal and disposal of existing fencing and dugout materials, concrete footings, grounding rods, utility coordination, permits, inspections, cleanup, restoration, and reattachment of existing signs, windscreens, and conveyor belt materials. The contractor must provide all labor, equipment, and materials; comply with applicable ASTM and International Building Code standards; submit specified materials for approval before installation; and provide a warranty letter. Work is scheduled for November 15, 2026, through February 1, 2027. A bid bond equal to 5% of the total quote is required with submission; performance and payment bonds, each equal to 100% of the contract value, are required before contract execution.
