Description
Fulton County Government is soliciting a vendor to provide as-needed audio/video system repair and on-call maintenance for county facilities. The scope includes diagnosing and repairing installed audio/video systems; preventive maintenance and pre-event testing; replacement and additional components; standby audio support for meetings and official events; troubleshooting paging and public-address systems; and supplying repair parts for county technicians. The vendor must furnish all required labor, equipment, transportation, and parts, provide repair estimates and obtain prior approval before beginning repairs, and respond to emergency calls within two hours. Emergency, urgent, and routine requests have response targets of eight hours, 72 hours, and five days, respectively. The vendor must maintain 24/7 service availability, provide service reports, and warrant parts and labor for at least 90 days or the applicable manufacturer warranty period, whichever is longer. Pricing includes hourly labor for audio and video repairs, truck charges, and two Anchor Audio BIG2-U2 Bigfoot 2 Line-Array Sound Systems with Bluetooth, dual wireless microphone receivers, and two wireless handheld microphones. The agreement is for up to 12 months with no renewal options and a maximum amount of $100,000.00. The solicitation requires electronic submission through the designated procurement portal, with documents submitted in PDF format, and includes insurance, Georgia work-authorization, contract-compliance, and licensing requirements.
